The cash flow waterfall is a central part of any project finance, infrastructure finance or real asset model. It shows every stakeholder the cash available at each level of seniority, including cash flow available for debt service (CFADS), the main measure for credit assessment. It also shows the order in which cash is paid and who ranks ahead of whom.

This webinar explains the main features of a waterfall, how to set one up and how to add new items to it.
