Who this is for
For modellers who want AI to actually help
This course is for project finance professionals who already build or review models and want a practical, hands-on view of where Copilot and Claude speed up real modelling work, and where they do not. It is not a general introduction to AI.
Working project finance modelling experience is assumed; this is not a substitute for Best Practice Project Finance Modelling. If you have not built a project finance model before, start there first.
You will get the most from this course if
- You already build or review project finance models and want to work faster with AI tools
- You want a clear, practical view of what Microsoft Copilot and Claude can and cannot do for financial modelling
- Your organisation needs workable AI best-practice guidelines, not just theory
- You want hands-on practice on real exercises, not a lecture about AI

How the course runs
Hands-on with the tools, not a lecture about them
Every exercise runs on laptops already set up with Microsoft Copilot and Anthropic Claude (App and in Excel), so you can safely explore the full boundaries of both platforms without worrying about data protection. Prefer your own laptop with these applications installed? That works too.
This course also runs privately: see in-house training for delivery built around your team and sector, or browse the full course portfolio.
